Authorize the City Manager to execute required certifications, agreements, and\nIntergovernmental Transfer (IGT) payments necessary for the City of Brea’s participation in the\nPublic Provider Ground Emergency Medical Transportation (PP-GEMT) and Voluntary Rate Range\nIntergovernmental Transfer (VRR-IGT) programs administered by the California Department of\nHealth Care Services (DHCS); and\n— 2. Amend the City’s FY 2025-27 Operating Budget within the Paramedic Services Fund (174)\nfor any reimbursement received and expenditures incurred for these programs.
