4.G.\nApproval of a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Brea and GovPath\n— 1. Approve a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Brea and GovPath for as-\nneeded service and support for Accela in the amount not-to-exceed $51,800 with a\n10 percent contingency;\n— 2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute and make non-substantive changes to\nthe Professional Services Agreement; and\n— 3. Authorize the City Manager to amend and extend the term of the Professional Services\nAgreement for one additional one-year term. There is no new impact to the General Fund.
