8.\nApproval of Right of Way Contract with Christian Mission Church and\nAuthorization for Just Compensation for the Crown Valley Parkway\nWestbound Widening Project\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve the Right of Way contract with Christian Mission Church on a portion\nof Assessor Parcel Number 636-034-07 for the Crown Valley Parkway\nWestbound Widening Project;\n2. Authorize the payment of Just Compensation to Christian Mission Church in\nthe amount of $200,230.27; and\n3.
