CONSIDER and only APPOINT uncontested members to the City Commissions, Committees,\nand Boards;\n— 2. CONSIDER and APPOINT all (contested and uncontested) members to all commissions;\n— 3. CONSIDER and APPOINT members to City Affiliated Organizations;\n— 4. DIRECT the City Clerk to notify all affected appointments of this action in writing;\n— 5.
