Adopt Resolution No. 2026-06 amending the General Plan Land Use and Economic\nDevelopment Element related to the Town Center Specific Plan; and\nE. Introduce for first reading by title only, waive full reading of Ordinance No. 03 (2026)\nand waive further reading, and set for second reading and adoption at the March\n17, 2026 City Council meeting:\nAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DIAMOND BAR ADOPTING THE TOWN CENTER\nSPECIFIC PLAN, AMENDING TITLE 22 (DEVELOPMENT CODE) OF THE DIAMOND BAR\nCITY CODE TO ADD NEW CHAPTER 22.11 (MIXED USE DISTRICTS) AND TO ESTABLISH\nTHE TOWN CENTER SPECIFIC PLAN (TCSP) ZONING DISTRICT, AND AMENDING THE\nOFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF DIAMOND BAR TO REZONE ALL PROPERTIES\nWITHIN THE TOWN CENTER MIXED USE GENERAL PLAN LAND USE DESIGNATION TO\nTHE TOWN CENTER SPECIFIC PLAN (TCSP) DISTRICT.
