18. APPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH IBE DIGITAL TO UPGRADE AND\nMODERNIZE THE CITY’S PHONE AND DATA SERVICES (FINANCE)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute a five (5) year Professional Services Agreement with IBE\nDigital and corresponding service providers to upgrade and modernize the City’s phone system\nand data services in the amount of $2,350,000; and\n2. Authorize Finance Department to add additional IT Support Personnel not-to-exceed $200,000\nfor FY26-27; and\n3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.\nAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND COMMISSIONS\nCOUNCIL COMMENTS/AB1234 COUNCIL CONFERENCE REPORTING\nCouncilmember announcements; requests for future agenda items; conference/meeting reports.\nMembers of the City Council will provide a brief report on meetings attended at the expense of the local\nagency as required by Government Code Section 53232.3(d).
