8. COMMERCIAL\nSTREET\nIMPROVEMENTS\nFOR\nDINARD\nAVENUE,\nMARYTON AVENUE,\nMARQUARDT AVENUE, PARK STREET, & PIKE STREET (PUBLIC WORKS)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Award a construction contract to Onyx Paving Company, Inc. of Yorba Linda, California in the\namount of $2,142,000 for the construction of the Commercial Street Improvements for Dinard\nAvenue, Maryton Avenue, Marquardt Avenue, Park Street and Pike Street; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
