15. AWARD OF CONTRACTS – ON-CALL PETROLEUM ENGINEERING SERVICES (RFQUAL NO. 26-2)\n(COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 10002 awarding Professional Services Agreements to Cornerstone\nEngineering, Inc. and PR Field Services, Inc., and authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to\nenter into and execute the Professional Services Agreements with Cornerstone Engineering, Inc.\nand PR Field Services, Inc.; and\n2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
