11. 26-54370\nRecommendation to adopt Specifications No. RFP DV-25-556 and award a\ncontract to GovOS, Inc., of Austin, Texas, for providing technological solutions that\nsupport the administration of the Short-Term Rental Program, in an annual amount\nnot to exceed $125,670, subject to a seven percent annual increase in subsequent\nyears, plus a one-time implementation fee of $36,450, in the first year, for a period\nof two years, with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods, at the\ndiscretion of the City Manager; and, authorize City Manager, or designee, to\nexecute all documents necessary to enter into the contract, including any\nnecessary subsequent amendments.
