Find that maintaining the Master Services Agreement with 11-11 Systems for iLand\nSecure Cloud Backup Services is in the best interests of the City and is exempt from\ncompetitive selection pursuant to Vernon Municipal Code Section 3.32.110(B)(2)(3);\nB. Ratify year three of the Master Services Agreement with 11-11 Systems for iLand Secure\nCloud Backup Services in the amount of $49,629.60; and\nC. Approve and authorize a separate Master Services Agreement with 11-11 Systems for a\nDisaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) solution, in an amount not-to-exceed $50,410.20\nfor a one-year term.
