13. Emergency Solutions Grants Program Agreement with San Bernardino County\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Adopt Resolution No. 26-013 authorizing an agreement between the City of\nVictorville and San Bernardino County to receive Emergency Solutions Grants\n(ESG) Program grant funding in the amount of $193,300.88 to support the ongoing\noperation of the Wellness Center and/or emergency shelter services serving\nindividuals experiencing homelessness;\n(2) Authorize the City Manager to finalize all documents needed to execute the\nagreement and administer the overall project;\n(3) Authorize the City Manager to make any necessary amendments to the\nagreement as deemed necessary by San Bernardino County or the City Attorney;\nand\n(4) Adopt Resolution No. 26-012 amending the annual budget for Fiscal Year 2025-\n2026 to reflect an additional appropriation in the amount of $193,300.88.
