10.7\nBid Award and Agreement with Co Brothers, LLC for the Audie Murphy Ranch Sports\nPark Improvements\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1.  Award bid and authorize the City Manager to execute a Contract Services\nAgreement with Co Brothers, LLC to perform construction services for the\nAudie Murphy Ranch Sports Park Improvements Project, Capital Improvement\nProject No. 22­27, in a total amount not­to­exceed $499,800; and\n2.  Adopt two budget amendment resolutions authorizing the appropriation of a\ntransfer out in the amount of $65,000 from available fund balance in Fund 2490\nCFD Audie Murphy Ranch and into expenditures within the Capital Projects\nFund 4320 to the Project account.
