Agreement with Civic Solutions, Inc. for Contract Planning Services\nRecommended Action: Staff recommends that the City Council: 1) Approve a\nProfessional Services Agreement (Agreement) with Civic Solutions, Inc.\n(Attachment A) to continue providing contract as-needed planning services from\nFebruary 4, 2026, through February 4, 2027; and 2) Authorize the City Manager\nto execute the Agreement and any subsequent amendments provided for under\nthe Agreement contingent upon satisfactory performance by the consultant.\nReference: Clerk’s File No. 406-1
