5. Agreement for As-Needed Housing Legal Services\nRecommended Action: Staff recommends the City Council: 1) Approve a\nprofessional services agreement (Agreement) with Goldfarb & Lipman, LLP\n(Goldfarb & Lipman) (Attachment A) to provide as-needed housing legal services\nfor an initial three-year period March 3, 2026, through March 3, 2029; and 2)\nAuthorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement and any subsequent term\nextension amendments provided for under the Agreement contingent upon\nsatisfactory performance by the consultant firm.\nReference: Clerk’s File No. 406-1
