(4)\n26-0171\nCD 15\nPLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE REPORT\nrelative to investigating any matters of reported nuisance activities at\nthe sites located at 1502 East Lomita Boulevard, 1600 East Lomita\nBoulevard [Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 726027018], 1612 North\nBlinn Avenue (APN 7426027019) and APN 7426027020 in Wilmington,\nCA 90744.\nRecommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (McOsker –\nHutt):\nINSTRUCT the Department of City Planning, with the assistance of\nthe Department of Building and Safety, and the Los Angeles Police\nDepartment, and in consultation with the City Attorney, and any other\nrelevant department or agency, to investigate any matters of reported\nnuisance activities occurring onsite at the sites located at 1502 East\nLomita Boulevard, 1600 East Lomita Boulevard (APN 726027018),\n1612 North Blinn Avenue (APN 7426027019) and APN 7426027020\nin Wilmington, CA 90744; and thereafter, the Zoning Administrator\nmay initiate Administrative Nuisance Abatement Proceedings per\nLAMC Section 12.27.1; Chapter 1A Section 13B.6.2, and prepare the\nnecessary reports and recommendations, conduct the required public\nhearings, and thereby protect the public peace, health, and safety of\nthe community by imposing corrective conditions to address the\nreported nuisance activities that are occurring onsite at the property.\nFiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor\nthe Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this\nreport.
