The status of the utilitarian light program in partnership with\nDepartment of Water and Power.\nb. Current Outages by Council District (CD).\nc. Average repair time per CD.\nd. The amount of return repairs to same locations by CD.\ne. How the BSL is allocating funding for repairs by CD.\nf. How much overtime funding the BSL has received to do the\nrepairs from Council offices to complete the repairs on overtime\nand/or a dedicated crew.\nFiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor\nthe Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this\nreport.
