(31)\n26-0274\nCD 14\nMOTION (JURADO - McOSKER) relative to funding for various\ncommunity beautification efforts and clean team services in Council\nDistrict 14.\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $364,000 from the AB1290\nFund No. 53P, Account No. 281214 (CD 14 Redevelopment\nProjects - Services) to the Board of Public Works Fund No. 100-\n74, Account No. 3040 (Contractual Services) for various\ncommunity beautification efforts and clean team services in\nCouncil District 14, to be coordinated by the Los Angeles\nConservation Corps.\n2. INSTRUCT and AUTHORIZE the Board of Public Works, Office\nof Community Beautification to prepare, process and execute\nthe necessary documents with and/or payments to the Los\nAngeles Conservation Corps, or any other agency or\norganization, as appropriate, utilizing the above amount, for the\nabove purpose, subject to the approval of the City Attorney as\nto form.\n3. AUTHORIZE the Department of Public Works be authorized to\nmake any corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above\nfund transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in\norder to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any\ncorrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said\ncorrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally,\nelectronically or by any other means.
