(32)\n26-4118-S2\nCD 10\nRESOLUTION (HUTT - NAZARIAN) relative to designating a location\nin Council District 10 for enforcement against sitting, lying, sleeping, or\nstoring, using, maintaining, or placing personal property, or otherwise\nobstructing the public right-of-way, as further detailed in Los Angeles\nMunicipal Code (LAMC) Section 41.18.\nRecommendations for Council action:\n1. RESOLVE, pursuant to Section 41.18 (c) of the LAMC, to\ndesignate the following location for enforcement against sitting,\nlying, sleeping, or storing, using, maintaining, or placing\npersonal property, or otherwise obstructing the public right of\nway, up to the maximum distance and effective for the\nmaximum period of time prescribed, and as further detailed in\nthe LAMC:\n1. 23rd Street between 2nd Avenue and 8th Avenue - Freeway\n2. 4147 W Pico Boulevard - Public Safety\n3. 4th Avenue and Pico Boulevard - Public Safety\n2. RESOLVE the City Department(s) with jurisdiction over the\nidentified locations are hereby directed and authorized to post\nappropriate notices of the above identified prohibitions at these\nlocations, and to begin enforcement upon the expiration of any\nrequired posting period.
