Authorizing the City Manager to execute the First Amendment to Agreement No.\n2483-AA with SPEC Services, Inc., in a form approved by the City Attorney, for a\nrevised total not-to-exceed amount of $170,700 for services through June 30, 2027;\nand\n2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
