Approve Addendum No. 1 to the initial Affordable Homeownership Expansion Agreement\n(AHEA), extending project activities implemented by the San Gabriel Valley Habitat for\nHumanity (SGV Habitat).\n2. Authorize the Mayor to execute Addendum No. 1 Agreement between the City of Baldwin\nPark and San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity Inc (SGV Habitat).\n3.
