Approving Amendment 1 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Fieldman, Rolapp & Associates, Inc. for\nMunicipal Advisory Services, extending the term to March 21, 2031; and, 2.\nAuthorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment 1 on behalf of the City.
