10.6\nConsideration of 1) a Resolution Approving the Lead Hazard Control and Healthy\nHomes Grant Agreement; and 2) Consideration of a Resolution Approving an\nAmendment to the Citywide Classification and Compensation Plan for a Limited\nTerm Grant Funded Management Analyst Position\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-25 to approve the Lead Hazard Control and\nHealthy Homes Grant Award/Amendment Number CALHB0821-25 to\naccept grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban\nDevelopment (HUD); and\n2.
