Accept the Arnold Cypress Park Rehabilitation, Project 308, in the amount of\n$29,739,898.14 and approve the final payment of $350,000 to Los Angeles Engineering,\nInc.; and\n2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion with County Recorder.
