Approve an agreement with Charles Abbott Associates, Inc. for on-call Stormwater/Water\nQuality and Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) program management, plan review and\ninspection services; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to approve annual task orders under this agreement, in an\namount not to exceed the adopted annual budget for stormwater/water quality and FOG\nservices.
