Approve an amended and restated joint use agreement with Cypress School District for a\ncommunity park site at 5400 Myra Avenue, Cypress known as the former Damron School\nSite; and\n2. Approve an amended and restated joint use agreement with Cypress School District for a\ncommunity park site at 5900 Cathy Avenue, Cypress located next to Frank Vessels\nElementary School.
