4.7 Proposed Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with De\nNovo Planning Group, Inc. for On-Call Environmental Review and Land Use\nConsultant Services to Include Additional Services Related to Compliance\nwith State No Net Loss Requirements (Government Code Section 65863)\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Approve proposed Amendment No. 1 to the current Professional Services\nAgreement with De Novo Planning Group, Inc. for on-call environmental and\nland use consultant services to include additional professional land use,\nenvironmental planning, and CEQA review services related to compliance\nwith No Net Loss obligations under Government Code Section 65863\nthrough the identification and availability of replacement sites capable of\naccommodating the City of Laguna Hills remaining unmet RHNA; and\n2.
