(ERSC) for the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and Monitoring for the Library Project (CIP Project No. Z20003) in an amount not to exceed $38,865.00 in such final form as approved by the City Attorney and authorize the City Manager to execute change orders not to exceed a 10% contingency of $3,886.00 for uncertainties and adjustments.
