11.\nEmergency Housing Voucher (EHV) Program -- Service Fee Reconciliation and Authorization to\nRemit Funds to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).\nRECOMMENDED MOTION:\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Receive and file the Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) Program Service Fee Reconciliation\nNotice; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to remit $105,720 in unspent EHV Service Fees to\nthe U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in accordance with federal\nrequirements.
