8.\nConsider an Agreement with General Technologies and Solutions LLC for Design Services for the HSIP\nCycle 12 – Safety Enhancements and Improvements at 10 Signalized Intersections in an amount not to\nexceed $224,880\nRecommended Actions for City Council:\n— 1. Award the Contract Services Agreement to General Technologies and Solutions LLC, for the HSIP Cycle\n12 – Safety Enhancements and Improvements at 10 Signalized Intersections Project, Plan No. 1400, in the\namount of $224,880;\n— 2. Authorize a 10% contingency in the amount of $22,488; and\n— 3.
