8.1\nCONSIDERATION OF MODIFICATIONS AND RELAUNCH OF THE\nMILITARY BANNER PROGRAM AS THE HOMETOWN HEROES\nMILITARY BANNER PROGRAM\n38\nStaff recommends that the Town Council:\nApprove the relaunch of the Military Banner Program as the\nHometown Heroes Military Banner Program;\nA.\nApprove the expanded eligibility criteria as outlined;\nB.\nApprove modification of the funding structure to allow the Town\nto fully fund the program; and\nC.\nAuthorize staff to administer the program and proceed with\nimplementation.\nD.
