18. Actions Related to the Highland/Redlands Regional Gap Connector Project\n1. Approve the proposal from H.W. Lochner to provide design services for the\nHighland/Redlands Regional Gap Connector Project in the amount of $347,296;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a reimbursement agreement with the City of\nRedlands for costs associated with design of the project within their jurisdiction;\n3. Approve a Cooperative Agreement with the San Bernardino County Transportation\nAuthority (SBCTA) for management and delivery of the construction phase of the\nHighland/Redlands Regional Gap Connector Project in the amount of $417,085;\n4. Authorize the City Manager to sign agreements for the project as approved by the City\nAttorney;\n5. Authorize the City Manager to approve contract amendments up to 10% of the contract\namount for contracts associated with the Project; and\n6. Approve a budget adjustment in the amount of $777,184 from the DIF\nUnreserved/Undesignated fund balance for Regional Circulation Arterials (007-2100) to\nbe expended from 007.8330.6550.
