G. Consideration and possible action to award a professional\nservices agreement for the preparation of the Annual\nEngineer’s Report for the Citywide Landscaping and Lighting\nMaintenance District. (Hevener)\nRecommendation: 1) Award a professional services\nagreement to Harris & Associates for the preparation of the\nAnnual Engineer’s Report and associated administrative\nservices for the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Landscaping and Lighting\nMaintenance District, in the amount of $10,100 with a\ncontingency of $1,515; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor to execute\nthe agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
