Discuss the planning of an All-Cities Vigil to Honor Lives Lost in Federal ImmigrationEnforcement Incidents;b. Provide direction on coordinating the City-led Vigil; andc. Adopt Resolution No. 8445 amending the budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 to appropriatefunds from the General Fund reserves to coordinate event.
