Authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Yunex Traffic, Inc., for as-needed maintenance services during Fiscal Year 2025/26, which would increase the Agreement by $20,000 for a total amount not to exceed $52,669.72 for Fiscal Year 2025/26 only.\nb. Authorizing the City Treasurer to amend the FY 2025/26 Adopted Budget accordingly.
