Timeline of program and awards.\nb. Creation of Council Directed Spending account.\nc. Budget adjustments for Council Directed Spending, and Community Art.\nd. Enhanced criteria for awardees.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to update budget and relevant program documents necessary to effectuate City Council's direction on the program.\n3. Authorizing the City Manager to initiate of the FY 2026-27 Community Grant Program.
