(21)\n25-0216-S1\nCD 7\nHOUSING AND HOMELESSNESS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to\na contract with Hope the Mission to implement the Encampment\nResolution Fund Grant for the San Fernando Osborne Program which\nprovides services for people experiencing homelessness in the\ncommunity of Pacoima.\nRecommendations for Council action, pursuant to Motion\n(Rodriguez - Hernandez), SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE\nMAYOR:\n1. AUTHORIZE the City Administrative Officer (CAO), or designee,\nto execute a contract with Hope the Mission to implement the\nEncampment Resolution Fund Grant for the San Fernando\nOsborne program in Council District 7 in an amount not to\nexceed $2,341,821.97, not to exceed a total of 36 months,\nsubject to the availability of funds, compliance with City\ncontracting requirements, and approval by the City Attorney as\nto form.\n2. INSTRUCT and AUTHORIZE the CAO to prepare, process and\nexecute the necessary documents with and/or payments to\nHope the Mission, or any other agency or organization, as\nappropriate, utilizing the above amount, for the above purpose,\nsubject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form.\nFiscal Impact Statement: Neither the CAO nor the Chief Legislative\nAnalyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
