(26)\n26-0298\nCD 5\nMOTION (YAROSLAVSKY - HERNANDEZ) relative to funding for\nbrush and debris removal and beautification services along Walavista\nRoad, Northvale Road, and Motor Avenue in Council District 5.\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. AUTHORIZE the Director of Accounting, Board of Public Works,\nto transfer and appropriate $11,000 from the Public Works Trust\nFund No. 834, Department No. 50, Revenue Source Code\n574202 (CDS Special Project Deposits) to Board of Public\nWorks Fund No. 100-74, Account No. 003040 (Contractual\nServices) for brush and debris removal and beautification\nservices along Walavista Road, Northvale Road, and Motor\nAvenue in Council District 5.\n2. AUTHORIZE the Board of Public Works to make any\ncorrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer\ninstructions, including any new instructions, in order to\neffectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any\ncorrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said\ncorrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally,\nelectronically or by any other means.
