CC 4. Acceptance of Clean California Community Cleanup and Employment Pathway (CCEP)\nGrant Award – TeamUp Lancaster Program Expansion\nRecommendation(s):\n1. Adopt Resolution No. _______, accepting the Clean California Community Cleanup\nand Employment Pathway (CCEP) Grant award in the amount of $172,205.00, appropriating\nfunds to revenue account CLNCACCEP.STATEOTHER.23041000.4998, and authorizing\nexecution of a restricted grant agreement with the California Department of Transportation.\n2. Appropriate $172,205.00 to the following Clean California CCEP grant expenditure\naccounts: CLNCACCEP.SAL.23041000 – Benefits, Temporary, and Overtime Salaries:\n$104,355.00; and CLNCACCEP.MISCGRANT.23041000.5656 – Grant Expenses:\n$67,850.00.\n3. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the grant contract, including all\nnecessary documents and provisions, subject to City Attorney approval..\nThe grant does not fund the entirety of the TeamUp Lancaster program. Rather, it provides\nfocused resources to expand roadway adoption infrastructure, structured youth participation,\nand workforce pathway components in underserved corridors. Existing City-funded TeamUp\nLancaster activities will continue independently and are not part of the reimbursable scope\nunder this agreement.
