13.A.\nRESOLUTION NO. 6717, Establishing the Multiple Employer Other Post-Employment Benefits\n(OPEB) 115/Pension Trust Administered by Shuster Advisory Group, LLC; Authorize the City\nManager to Execute all Required Agreements and Documents; Approve the Transfer of the Current\nBalance in the City's California Employers' Retiree Benefit Trust (CERBT); and Authorize the\nTransfer of $550,000 in Contributions Included in the Adopted Budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 to\nthe Trust\nStaff Recommendation:\n- Adopt Resolution No. 6717;\n- Authorize the City Manager to execute all required agreements and documents;\n- Approve the transfer of the current balance in the City's CERBT account; and\n- Authorize the Transfer of $550,000 in Contributions included in the Adopted Budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026
