(Dragoo)\nRecommendation: 1) Reaffirm, by a four-fifths vote, there is a\nneed to continue the emergency repair work identified by\nCouncil-adopted Resolution No. 2023-07 on February 21,\n2023, finding an emergency exists requiring immediate repairs\nto the storm sewer drainpipe and roadway at Hawthorne\nBoulevard near Seamount Drive/Eddinghill Drive; and, 2)\nDirect the City Clerk to affirm the same in the minutes of this\nCity Council meeting, via Minute Order, reflecting this action.\nAgenda Report
