Approve Professional Services Agreement for Non-Discretionary Portfolio Advisory\nServices with Chandler Asset Management Inc., a California Corporation, in an\namount not-to-exceed of $514,200 for the initial three (3) years, with two (2) one\n(1) year options to extend at the City’s discretion;\n2.
