Q.\nAPPROVAL OF TWO GRANTS OF EASEMENT TO SPECTRUM PACIFIC WEST\nLLC ACROSS CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 305 NORTH CIVIC\nDRIVE (APN: 502-100-026 AND 502-100-028, AIRPORT PROPERTY)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve an Agreement with Spectrum Pacific West LLC granting an easement to\ninstall underground communication facilities across a portion of City-owned\nproperty, leased to Enterprise, and identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 502-\n100-026.\n2. Approve an Agreement with Spectrum Pacific West LLC granting an easement to\ninstall underground communication facilities across a portion of City-owned\nproperty, leased to Enterprise, and identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 502-\n100-028.\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designated staff to execute all documents.
