J.\nAPPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO NON-EXCLUSIVE OPERATING AND LEASE\nAGREEMENT NO. 25L083 WITH ALCLEAR, LLC DBA CLEAR, TO ADJUST\nCOMMERCIAL ACTIVITY FEE BASED UPON CPI, INCLUDE 10% COMMISSION\nON MEET AND ASSIST FEE, AND TO INCREASE THE MINIMUM ANNUAL\nGUARANTEE TO $131,000 FOR BIOMETRIC PASSENGER SCREENING\nSERVICES AT THE PALM SPRINGS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to a Non-Exclusive Operating and Lease Agreement\nNo. 25L083 with Alclear, LLC dba CLEAR to adjust Commercial Activity Fee\nbased upon CPI, include 10% commission on Meet and Assist Fee, and increase\nthe Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) for biometric screening services at the\nPalm Springs International Airport (Airport/PSP).\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents\nsubject to such changes/revisions agreeable to the City Manager and City\nAttorney.
