K.\nAPPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO LICENSE AGREEMENT A9460 WITH\nMOBILEMONEY, INC. TO EXTEND THE TERM THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2026\nFOR AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINE (ATM) SERVICES AT THE PALM SPRINGS\nINTERNATIONAL AIRPORT\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve retroactively Amendment No. 2 to License Agreement No. A9460 with\nMobileMoney, Inc. to extend the term through December 31, 2026, for automated\nteller machine (ATM) services at the Palm Springs International Airport.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents\nsubject to such changes/revisions agreeable to the City Manager and City\nAttorney.
