Approve Professional Services Agreement No. 26P021 with Daley Strategies LLC\nto provide strategic communications services for city administration in an amount\nnot to exceed $475,000 for an initial three-year term commencing on February 26,\n2026, and continuing through February 25, 2028, with two one-year extension\noptions by mutual consent\n2. Approve Professional Services Agreement No. 26P021 with Daley Strategies LLC\nto provide strategic communications services for Palm Springs Convention Center\nRenovation and Expansion Project in an amount not to exceed $307,445 for an\ninitial one-year term commencing on February 26, 2026, and continuing through\nFebruary 25, 2027, with two one-year extension options by mutual consent;
