N.\nAPPROVAL OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ACCENTURE\nINFRASTRUCTURE AND CAPITAL PROJECTS LLC, FOR CONSTRUCTION\nMANAGEMENT SERVICES, PUBLIC OUTREACH, INSPECTION AND MATERIALS\nTESTING SERVICES IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,933,034.52 AND APPROVAL OF THE\nCALTRANS FUNDING COMMITMENT LETTER FOR THE RAMON ROAD\nWIDENING (FROM SAN LUIS REY DR. TO LANDAU BLVD.) INCLUDING THE\nWHITEWATER RIVER BRIDGE WIDENING, CITY PROJECT NO. 08-25, FEDERAL-\nAID PROJECT NO. BHLS-5282 (040).\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Accenture Infrastructure and\nCapital Projects LLC, in the amount of $5,933,034.52 for construction\nmanagement, inspection, public outreach, and materials testing services; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Local Agency AC Commitment Block of\nthe Caltrans Funding Commitment Letter regarding the cash management policy\nfor projects over $35 Million; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
