F. Consideration and possible action to award a professional\nservices agreement for Public Works Senior and Associate\nCivil Engineer recruitments. (Bañales)\nRecommendation: 1) Award a professional services\nagreement (PSA) to Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc., a\nrecruiting firm, to conduct two Public Works Civil Engineer\nrecruitments to fill four vacancies consisting of two Senior\nEngineers and two Associate Engineer positions, in an amount\nnot to exceed $40,000; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City\nClerk to execute the PSA in a form acceptable to the City\nAttorney.\nAgenda Report
