9.\nApproval of a Three-Year Transitional Agreement with the Los Angeles County Fire\nDistrict (LACoFD) for Fire and Emergency Services\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve the proposed Three-Year Transitional Agreement with LACoFD in\nsubstantially the form submitted, and;\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement upon approval by the Los\nAngeles County Board of Supervisors.
