6.\nApproval of MOU with Pomona Hope to Operate the “Community Garden” Project and\nResolution to Amend the FY 2025-26 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget by\nAdding a Donation of $10,000 to the “Community Garden” Project\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Pomona Hope for the\noperation of the Community Garden located at 192 E. Center Street in Pomona; and\n2) Approve the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2026-25 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, TO AMEND THE FY 2025-26 CAPITAL\nIMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY ACCEPTING, INCREASING\nREVENUE ESTIMATES AND APPROPRIATING A DONATION OF $10,000 TO\nWORKTAG:\nPROJECT\n71114 COMMUNITY GARDEN,\nFD428,\nCAPITAL\nIMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) | CC2590 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM\n(CIP) | RC087 DONATIONS\n3) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the MOU and any subsequent\namendments or agreements related to the Community Garden.
