12.\nApproval of Agreement Between City of Pomona and Los Angeles County Metropolitan\nTransportation Authority (LACMTA) for Station Activation of Pomona North A Line Station\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Discuss and provide recommendations to the Staff on activation types that can be\nincorporated into Exhibit A - Description of Activations in Agreement.\n2) Approve the Agreement between the City of Pomona and LACMTA and authorize the\nCity Manager to execute in substantial form, inclusive of completing necessary\nexhibits and activation details.
